Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 August 2026

These terms apply when you use www.miraplus.nu and when you book coaching from Mira Plus AB ("we", "us").

What we offer — and what it isn't

We provide coaching: education, guidance and support for your health, your work and your habits.

Coaching is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under treatment, talk to your doctor — and please tell us anything that affects what is safe for you.

We also can't promise outcomes. Coaching gives you tools and a plan; results depend on your own circumstances and effort. For career coaching specifically, we don't guarantee a job offer, an interview or a promotion.

Booking a session

When you book online you choose a session, a coach and a time. The slot is held for you and confirmed once payment is complete, and you'll get a confirmation email.

Bookings open two days ahead, so there's time to prepare.

Sessions are held remotely by video unless we agree otherwise. Your meeting link comes with the confirmation, or before the session.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are the total you pay — any VAT is included, postage on anything we send you is included, and no booking fees or surcharges are added at checkout. If you need a receipt specifying VAT for a company purchase, email us.

You can pay by:

  • Card or Klarna, handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Swish. Send the amount and write your order number in the Swish message so we can match it to your booking. We confirm the booking by hand once the payment arrives. If no payment arrives, the order is cancelled automatically after a few days.
  • A prepaid card (klippkort) you've already bought — see below.

Prepaid cards (klippkort)

A prepaid card is a block of coaching hours bought up front at a lower price than booking sessions one at a time.

How it works

  • You need an account — your remaining minutes are shown on your account page.
  • Each card has a validity period that starts the day you buy it. The period is stated on the product page before you buy, and the expiry date is shown on your account page.
  • At checkout you choose to pay with your card, and the minutes are deducted automatically.
  • A card covers sessions in the same category it was sold for. A Coaching card pays for Coaching sessions.

Three rules worth knowing before you buy

  1. A card must cover the whole booking. You can't part-pay — if a session needs 60 minutes and your card has 30 left, the card can't be used for it. The remaining minutes stay on your card until they expire.
  2. Everything in one order must be from the same category. Split the order if you're booking across categories.
  3. If you hold several cards, the one expiring soonest is used first.

Cancellations and expiry

  • Cancel a card-paid booking in time (see below) and the minutes go back onto your card.
  • Unused minutes expire at the end of the validity period and are not refunded or extended, unless we've caused the delay or the law requires otherwise.
  • VAT on a prepaid card is settled when you buy the card, so card-paid bookings show as 0 kr and don't get a separate receipt. Keep the receipt from the card purchase — it's the one you'd use for a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) claim.

Gift cards

You can buy a prepaid card for someone else by entering their email address on the order. The card is held for that address until they create an account and verify it, at which point it becomes theirs and works like any other card.

The validity period runs from the purchase date, not from when the card is claimed — so it's worth passing a gift on promptly.

Changing your mind

If you buy a prepaid card or package and haven't used any of it, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — just email us. If you've already used part of it, we refund the balance minus the value of the sessions you've taken at our normal single-session price.

For an individual session booked for a specific date and time, the cancellation terms below apply instead.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.

Cancelling, rescheduling and missed sessions

There's no self-service cancellation yet — email info@miraplus.nu or call us.

  • At least 24 hours before your appointment — cancel or reschedule at no cost. A paid session is refunded or rebooked; a card-paid session has its minutes returned.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or not showing up — the session is charged in full, or counts as one used session on your card.

We understand that life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, tell us — we'd rather find you another time than keep your money.

Repeated late cancellations may mean we limit how far ahead you can book.

If we have to cancel

If we cancel — illness or something unforeseen — you choose between a new time or a full refund. If a longer interruption is our fault, we extend your card's validity to match.

Your account

An account is optional for browsing but required for prepaid cards.

Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens through your account. We may close accounts that are used abusively. You can delete your account at any time from your account page — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data, and note that deleting an account also removes any cards on it.

Partner products

Some products we show are supplied by partner companies rather than by us. Their pages link out to the partner's own shop, and each page names the partner it belongs to.

For those products:

  • Your purchase, payment and delivery happen at the partner, under the partner's own terms. We are not the seller.
  • Questions about an order, delivery or a return go to the partner, not to us.
  • Where we earn a commission on a purchase made through our link, we say so on the product page itself.

Products we post to you

Some of what we sell includes a physical item — a home test kit, or the supplements that come with a programme.

Where an item is included in something you buy from us, we are the seller, whoever manufactures it.

Delivery

  • We post within Sweden only.
  • Postage is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
  • We ask for a delivery address only when your order contains something physical. If everything you're buying is an online session, we won't ask for one.
  • We send your order as soon as we can — at the latest within 30 days, as the law requires — and tell you when it's on its way.
  • If an address turns out to be wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, we'll send it again. We may ask you to cover the postage the second time.
  • Once your order reaches the address you gave us, it's in your keeping. If it arrives damaged, tell us rather than signing it away.

Sending something to someone else. You can have an order delivered to another address. You are still our customer: the purchase, the refund and the right to change your mind below are yours, not the recipient's.

If something's wrong

  • If it arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, contact us and we'll put it right. Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) apply in full.
  • Test kits are supplied for wellbeing and coaching purposes. They are not a medical diagnosis, and a result never replaces an assessment by your doctor.

Returning something unopened. You can withdraw from a distance purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving them. A blood-sampling kit is sealed for hygiene reasons, so once the seal is broken it can no longer be returned — unopened and undamaged, it can. Email us before sending anything back.

You pay the cost of returning the goods. We refund you within 14 days of hearing that you've withdrawn, though we may wait until the item is back with us, or until you show us it's been sent.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost income.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Swedish law applies to these terms, and disputes are handled by Swedish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Your booking is governed by the terms in force when you booked.

Bookings of trips and excursions — a discontinued service — were governed by our 2022 terms, available on request.
