Vitamin D is hard to guess at through a Swedish winter. This measures where you actually are.

What's included

• A home test kit, posted to you
• Laboratory analysis of your sample
• A 30-minute follow-up session to go through your result

How the test works

You take the sample at home with a finger prick — a few drops onto a card — and post it to the laboratory in the envelope provided. Once the result comes back, we book your follow-up.

What it measures

Your vitamin D level, reported against the reference range so you can see where you sit within it.

Good to know

• The test kit is supplied by Zinzino and included in the price.
• This is a wellbeing test, not a medical diagnosis. It doesn't replace an assessment by your doctor.
• Your follow-up session is valid for one year from purchase — worth taking the test at the end of winter, when levels are typically lowest.
