The months after a birth are their own thing. Ten sessions, spread at your pace, with someone who isn't in a hurry.

• 315 minutes of coaching — a 45-minute Discovery & Goal Setting session, then nine 30-minute follow-ups

What we work on

• Eating properly when there is no time to cook
• Sleep, in the circumstances you actually have rather than ideal ones
• Moving again, gently and on your own timetable
• Energy through the day, and being honest about how you're doing
• Getting back to yourself, gradually

Good to know

• Your coaching minutes are valid for one year from purchase, and ten sessions are meant to be spread across it.
• Coaching is education and support. It is not medical or midwifery care and doesn't replace your barnmorska, your doctor or your BVC. Talk to them before starting anything new, particularly if you're breastfeeding.
