How the test works

You take the sample at home with a finger prick — a few drops onto a card — and post it to the laboratory in the envelope provided. We book your follow-up once the result arrives.

What it measures

Your average blood sugar over roughly the past two to three months, rather than the level at the moment you took the sample.
