How the test works

You take the sample at home with a finger prick — a few drops onto a card — and post it to the laboratory in the envelope provided. There's no clinic visit and no appointment to arrange. Once your results come back, we book your follow-up.

What it measures

The balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in your blood, and the individual fatty acids that make it up.
